EXTRUDER
The extruder works in several fields, including:
Despite the different areas of work of the extruder, the method of preparation and cooking remains the same, as the raw materials are cooked completely between the auger and the spiral casing by high temperature and high pressure, and then they are extruded from the (die) to form granules. The shape of the granules depends on several components, the most important of which are the shape of the (die) openings, the shape of the knives, their speed, and the distance between each blade and the other.
The internal parts of the extruder are always made of stainless steel, which is resistant to high temperature corrosion. A very special alloy of stainless steel is treated to work in very high and harsh conditions of heat, pressure and humidity.
The extruder works with a gearbox system to ensure very high quality and strength. It often contains a heating system with a regulator for the entry of raw materials into the machine to ensure good cooking in equal proportions. It contains a conditioner, which is the part responsible for adding steam and mixing the raw materials with each other in a high-quality manner.
