Twin Screw Extruder
  • The mixing tank adopts conical disc plus stirring rod rotation mode, the feeding is uniform and stable, the feeder adopts stepless variable frequency automatic adjustment, cooperates with the host current adjustment control system, and the expansion host can maintain the best production efficiency. The whole machine adopts PLC program control, and the operation panel can display various operating parameters.
  • Two-shaft differential speed processing machine - The processing and maturing effect is particularly good. In the process of adding water and steam, the raw materials are fully moistened and the starch is matured. At the same time, fish oil, lecithin, fish soluble clay, etc. can be added. The synthetic additives with strong taste and high heat energy can solve the problem of adding high fat and high viscosity in the previous process flow. The maximum amount of added fat can reach more than 20%.
  • Extrusion machine - Special design, geometric screw chamber, can exert maximum mechanical kneading power, knead and press the materials to mature and expand into shape with high efficiency, the output is increased by more than 40%.
  • The temperature of the product during operation is controlled by the built-in automatic control panel.
  • Vacuum exhaust system - Special aquatic feed production. It can produce aquatic feed or tiger prawn feed with very small particles that are difficult to sink, with 100% sinking rate, high digestibility, excellent water resistance, and elegant and beautiful appearance. The feed can be controlled to produce 360-460 density range for floating feed and 620-720 density range for fast sinking feed after vacuum exhaust control system.
  • Mold base and cutter - The combination of suspended rotary mold base and cutter can quickly replace the mold, making the adjustment of the cutter more convenient, reducing the mold changing time when producing products of different specifications, and saving space for operation, maintenance and cleaning. The production process is more convenient, and the speed of the cutter is adjusted by frequency converter, which is convenient for controlling the length of the product particles.
