The machine responsible for cooking the chips/flakes with hot steam and pressure.

Flake Conditioner
  • The cooker (steam tower) has 5 cooking stages and each stage has viewing holes to monitor the level of the atom at each stage.
  • The first and second stages have one steam inlet and each is 1.5 metres high.
  • The third and fourth stages have two steam inlets, each 3 metres high.
  • The fifth stage is the transfer of the raw material after cooking to the flak. 
  • The conditioner has a 4-inch steam battery to distribute it to each stage. Inside each stage are 1-inch star-shaped steam distribution pipes, and a manual steam valve is installed on each outlet (it can be changed to automatic upon request).
  • The cooker has 3 body temperature sensors to monitor the cooking progress on the control panel in the production line.

The machine responsible for making flakes/flakes and spreading the grains after cooking them in the vertical conditioner.

Flake Mill
  • It is made entirely of stainless steel internally due to its constant exposure to steam.
  • It consists of 2 rollers and the movement is transmitted to them from two motors via belts, where each roller is connected to its motor separately.
  • It contains a complete hydraulic system whose mission is to secure the movement of the rollers so that in the event of any sudden malfunction or the entry of any metal object into the flaker during the operation process, the system expands the distance between the rollers very quickly to ensure that the rollers are not damaged.

Flake Dryer
  • Design allows for the use of electric or hot steam drying (upon request).
  • Connected to the dust extraction and condensation unit outside to prevent dust build-up inside the dryer.
  • The heated drying unit is connected to only two stages of the upper and middle dryer.
  • The fifth stage is the transfer of the raw material after cooking to the flak. 
  • The third stage is air cooling so that the product can be stored for long periods without worrying about fungi.
  • The dryer is equipped with a compressed air cleaning unit for the strips that make up the conveyor belt.
  • The dryer can be made of iron, galvanized sheet or stainless steel (upon request).
